How to Use
Simply place the steamer in the shower with you. As the steamer gets wet, it dissolves and releases the essential oils into the hot shower steam. Just take a deep breath and enjoy your shower.

How long do they last?
The ingredients react with the water on contact to release the scent and oils inside, therefore, the lifespan of the steamer is directly related to how much water it comes into contact with. One steamer can last approximately 5-10 minutes if it is in direct stream of the water. If you want your steamers to last longer, just sprinkle enough water to release some essential oil and the steamer should last you 2-3 showers.
