How often should I apply SStuff's Skin Repair Balm?
Depending on the severity (dryness) of your skin, a generous daily application is recommended. Keeping the skin moisturised helps to prevents rips and tears.
For torn skin / hand rips, clean wound first before applying the balm directly on the wound. Do try to air the wound whenever possible. Apply the balm every day until the wound heals.
I have sensitive skin /eczema. Can I use SStuff products?

Return and Refunds
We care for all of our customers, so if you open your purchase and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org alongside your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions.
The returned order needs to be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. We are a small company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition is important to our business.
Once your goods are returned to us, we will process the refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment).
Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original packaging.
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product, you can place a new order. Once your goods are returned we will process a money refund.
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you to use a trackable service when returning your order. Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
